MOMS (Making Our Moms Special)

MOMS is a meeting for Mothers of Preschoolers held second Tuesday of every month in the Library. These mothers have at least one child of kindergarten age or below. Our MOMS group is a wonderful way to meet other women who understand the uniqueness of parenting, with an emphasis on Christian living. Enjoy a breakfast buffet, an occasional craft, a special speaker and the company of other mothers while your children are cared for by loving caregivers. 9:15a to 11:30a.

Do you want to REALLY understand the Bible and learn how to teach it? We can help on Saturday mornings.

The School of the Bible is for those who are ministering in positions of teaching and preaching the Scriptures, as well as for other serious-minded Bible students.

The course selections consist of 12 classes offered over theree years:  two classes attended in the fall on the same day and two classes attended in the winter on the same day.  A Saturday-morning schedule is as follows:

Men’s Basketball Tournament

Don't miss this exciting annual event. Call your old basketball buddies and come on out for a time of fun and challenge.

Who

This tournament is for men 21 years of age and older: 
Each team can have up to 4 guys whom you choose (please wear the same color shirt--no skins please)
You will play games throughout the day.  Each team will play eight games with a championship final at the end of the day.  Awards will be given to the top three teams.

What

There will be a lot of fun events with numerous awards and giveaways.  A free T-shirt for each participant.  Prizes for the winners of a three-point contest and a half-court shooting contest will be awarded.  Concessions will be available throughout the day with both hot adn snack foods, with a variety of soft drinks and juices. 

Where

This event will be held in our Family Life Center gymnasium.  Last year we had a great turnout, and this year we expect to max out the facility!

The tournament will be held Saturday, March 21st from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
